Nonforns, Wikileaks
With news circulating in the world of openness to certain elite newspapers (suffice wonder how they got that VIP pass) as they are the Spiegel , NYTimes, The Guardian, Le Monde and El Pais, to review a quarter million U.S. diplomatic documents secret, eyes and feathers of the most important analysts are beginning to describe implications, replacements, including new ways of understanding international relations today. Cnn Mexico among the main secrets unveiled for example, " the use of undercover units to kill Taliban leaders and support sectors Pakistani army extremists Islamic. "
agree with J avier Moreno, director of newspaper "El País" should be valued if they are reliable sources and from Wikileaks. Still, because the analysis that I found in the NYTimes, the issues are not unrelated to what the realistic pose. The Mexican Universal titled it " Naked American Diplomacy "although we are not a member of either Mexico or Canada but as in the Mexican media no attention to international policy terms are used incorrectly used the terms, does not apologize but we understand. Wish to refer to the opening of which we speak and not even part of the pie they had to spread over the 5 papers of high caliber. Carlos Slim should be enjoying its 150 thousand shares more than a year ago bought the newspaper that has its base on Eighth Avenue between Calle 40 and 41 in Manhattan, New York.
changes Indeed understanding of international relations? Or just supplements it with evidence? What role will these 5 newspapers VIP in the direction of analysis of this information? Help any international actor to support causes such as the Koreas, Guantanamo? What is certain is that they have supplied power to act and then sell the parallel reaction and is cause for reflection and analysis before closing 2010 with a more complete view of these "cables lying on the world of American diplomacy. International Relations change or adapt? Still blocked the Wikileaks site, keep trying.

What Happens In A Male Brazilian Wax
contemporary diplomacy and international relations factors
To recover a good argument they say, always begin with finding a team of authors who have conducted their studies in the same route yours, considering the minimal and almost no education on the subject of your server. A well-armed team of high quality literature and relevance. Under the agreement with the UNAM in database, I found a parallel publication percent at the end of this text: the study of the factors in the analysis of international relations, do you still work?
Development
The first journal I opened I had a small part but not least the team of those who believe and consider determinants factors of international relations. This is Anette Baker Fox, presenting his assumptions and arguments from the seventies with publications like "The Politics of Attraction: Four Middle Powers and the United States" which presents the "important factors" for the unequal relations between states. As Robert Keohane and Joseph Nye, worked actor on "Canada" to highlight factors as the effect of distance "," communication channels ", as well as the spill-over, among others. [1]
Pereira puts us in the context of current research citing Marcel Merle, Raymond Aron, "If we follow the traditional classification developed by Professor Marcel Merle, some of these factors considered are as follows: space, wealth, growth, demographics, migration, national identity technical progress, ideologies, beliefs, inequalities, and cultural identities. " [2]
proposes a list of effects of these determinants:
1. The change in international reality.
2. Progress de las ciencias sociales.
Raymond Aron points out above that any conflict situation forwarded to number, space, resources, schemes (military, economic, political) and in turn, these elements are the advantages of conflict between States. Even in a quick search I found that for the Offense-Defense Theory in International Relations (Offense Deffense Balance Theory) factors are home-base of the movement in the probability of war and crisis, increasing offensive operations and reducing costs. [3]
All this translates into what we see everyday in the international situation. A constant change of actors and factors, or should we call them "conditioning properties of the actors" as Merle?
The analysis of the factors in the IRIB is implicitly views as ladel determinism that many authors are afraid from the sixties or perhaps from before to dismiss it or approach it differently. There MacIntyre's vision that positions the determinism and that element is no stranger to novels such as 1984 which controls our lives in one direction, but arose in order to cause and effect for medicine, for new inventions, ie to maintain the investment in each one such project in the natural sciences. However, when addressing the social sciences the problem is the responsibility of using determinism with a touch of morality.
In any case if we want to continue using factor analysis on International Relations then that approach must change or be deterministic replaced by a more flexible and responsive to the dynamics of international reality versatile. I think the problem of further analyzing the factors due to human and moral responsibility as suggested by MacIntyre. While the actors perform in a society of capitalist-type market, mutations and changes between them are increasingly rapid and unpredictable. States in power, analyzing it from a realistic perspective, which will accommodate the factors in the world of international relations. Then speak of a secondary level for the same actors as they are responsible for adapting the recipes of the world conditions that need to sustain their power. So then when the U.S. wants to stop migration from Mexico into the interior of his country, is responsible for distributing the drug factor blamed on Mexican soil or geostrategic factors shed new legal, economic, among others. This will cause a spillover of investment in the country, reduce the flow of international tourists, will bring changes that were pretreated from the Oval Room.
Another question: What factors are not the creators of the actors in international relations? Why then disappear factors?
The game or the scene of International Relations is a site-specific geographical place between actors known as states, corporations, IGO's, NGO's, and others depending on if we include the work of Keohane and Nye. Daniel Collard recognized as the geographical factor. We also find in his work factors such as climate, demographic, economic, legal, and State of Man. All of the above do not appear out of nowhere in the international game and while some attend properly to the planet we inhabit are not even close to knowing your changes as climate change, thus the average age land and a human being is not comparable and much research needed to approximate. Perhaps the geographical factor meets certain characteristics that leave the way open to determinism but present different situations demand. As our planet orbits the sun between perihelion and aphelion the situation repellent uses magnetism to solar radiation behaves in some way but before that Bradley effect nutation do not know if the historical evolution of the Earth to become poles in the seas and to Ecuador in a glacier. While human beings were born under certain factors (we might refer back to the beginning of all things a bit difficult even) after we become manipulators of reality to achieve specific purposes. Who will win the fight against climate change? Transnational corporations "green productivity", investors in these companies, automotive engine hydrogen, solar or nuclear power industry? They are the actors who take advantage of factors at the time of study.
If factors deserve a place in International Relations, should help us as instruments of effective and realistic prospects. We need to establish who the players are definitely involved and set the stage where they will perform.
Conclusion
The world is moving, the economic indicators of development retreat, a Mexican named Slim has more money than all OECD countries and international relations theorists are struggling to include it in the list of actors in international society. The same debate also arises whether India's geographical position makes it dominant factor of power in International Relations. The term sounds like a recipe we factor, to determine, old manuals premeditated and without adherence to international realities current. Served to justify the investment in new inventions, to save lives, educate society on the same guideline, but the internationalist work of the foresight on diverse subjects and the factors lose their strength by virtualization and multiplication of individuals, but arrive on time, but this sounds much like Asimov-idealist, which will be a single state and further reforms to the international study of an intergalactic and will change the actors and factors will change the business to support two separate ancient of the "salvation of human "in a resort on another planet. The theoretical question of the internationalists is today and should be: What t give them those power-sharing?

matter: Introduction to International Relations
Teacher: Ileana Margarita Cid Capetillo
September 13, 2010
Preamble
Given the pressing need to comply with the directions on the subject "Introduction to International Relations" taught by Dr. Ileana Margarita Cid Capetillo, we deliver our participation in the international news then develops, but not before reading about "what are and are not international news" as a framework to avoid mistakes for posterity in our work and professional practices. Pedro Lozano Bartolozzi The author in his book "The Information Ecosystem: Introduction to the Study of International News" at the University of Navarra, enlightens us more about it in these seven points and ends with a key conclusion:
"1 .- Significance: It is more international news coverage than the national
the remote event, the universality that the news has
, grade and socio-political aristocracy.
2. Conflict and Violence: By giving a certain amount of violence, makes it more interesting
the news. The conflict referred to the confrontation, struggle, not only in the area
war, but also in sports, natural disasters, defense
of national security, among others.
3. Human Interest: Man's behavior offers a wide range
newsworthy topics that range from trivial to dramatic. In this category it is also
, exotic, men who by their position, activity or personality
newsmakers, politicians, artists, scientists, adventurers
and everything that can meet the need of idols of the masses .
4. Emotionality: This factor can be dramatic or sentimental, heroic acts, violent and conflicting
.
5. Frivolity: This element is closely related to the concept of eroticism.
6. Rarity: What an amazing, unusual, removal of space
own idiosyncrasies and other countries.
7. Progress: Scientific advances, discoveries and achievements in the field of philosophy
, technical or human, to draw attention abroad.
international news, have lost their clarity about the possible weakening
of global relations that hold most of the countries
and the mastery of certain sources (agencies news) over others. "[1]
Before the empowerment of the world's information sources, the ability to pick and choose which international news or not have to do with the monopoly of news agencies as While Lozano said in the last paragraph quoted above. The team that sets out the following news is sure to have selected one that met the development Lozano points for investigative journalism.
Introduction
be developed below, briefly and explicitly, the international news on the global implications of an attack on an important religious unity in the world such as Islam. The recent intervention in the media, conducted by a pastor in Gainesville, Florida, who rushed into the media with a religious challenge so far has killed 3 people in a place outside the United States, including outside America in Afghanistan.
The period of research information developed during the first fortnight of September 2010 are analyzed and international newspapers (New York Times, the country, the republic, le monde, etc.)..
Development
; A day of mourning and a holiday must be respected, even if generated in the same place but different socio-cultural bubble. This is called for in parallel in the UN Charter in its first article that provides for self-determination of peoples and the first and second article of the Declaration Universal Declaration of Human Rights which deals with freedom, equality, fraternity and non-discrimination.
Day September 11, 2010. A pastor of 58 years of the Dove World Outreach Center [2], a fundamentalist evangelical Christian church in Gainesville, Florida, would burn 200 books of the Koran to remember the attack on the twin towers, which occurred 9 years in the current ground zero in New York City. His impatient and furious reaction to the day of mourning was on target to create a global alert about possible attacks by Islamic informed the FBI and Interpol [3].
From
few days before expected reactions only in the United States but the fact attacking the Islamic community and following a history of multiple discrimination, local event became an international event. Movements against the burning of the Koran in Florida grew around the world and spread with greater speed for a special reason analysis.
three deaths were raised in Afghanistan Islamic faithful to the cause. The last days of the most important festival of Muslims, Ramadan (which in fact are the days of forgiveness and peace in the world) coincide with the day of mourning Western 11-S. Given this statement of racism the world's leaders joined peaceful answers and made public its position by all means recommend the immediate cancellation of the burning of the Koran.
UN Secretary Ban Ki Moon reiterated that the burning of the main book of Islam "can not be supported by any religion" [4], the UN special representative for Afghanistan, Staffan de Mistura and the commander of U.S. troops in Afghanistan, David Petraeus, joined the motion to cancel the event fateful Jones.
It appears that the Pentagon apparently in coordination with the Secretary of Defense United States took steps to ensure that Jones agreed to cancel his performance on the 11th of September ongoing.
An important aspect is the strong performance analysis and control of the media to make this local event a huge selloff around the globe. What is not fair is to highlight human folly in a world that daily struggle against discrimination.
's not the way symbolically attacking the Taliban and Al-Qaeda specifically. Islam is professed by about 1200 million faithful in the world which are unrelated to terrorist practices. We are left with the question of why 2000 items were accepted more in Afghanistan in recent days. It was another master of the tactics the U.S.? What else was included in the package? It concerns the cancellation of a mosque near Ground Zero in Manhattan New York? In a complex world, and if we must fight, if only for peace.

It had been days when the thermometer is believed clock. Was the time to listen, time to talk, time to observe and when to shut up. Al debate.
With the first conference on women in June and July 1975 in Mexico, the international year of the woman, signed the "Declaration of Mexico" Equality of Women and its contribution to development and peace. After this document will be other 3 conferences to the Beijing Declaration, as well as an historical record inclusive range of topics. Women test the variables analyzed in class: role, status, innovation, continuity, social group, impact, although the gap in their insertion politics remains large in the world and multidefinida for cultural, religious, but in my opinion, are they actors in international relations to be considered within the theory itself to adapt to international realities.

Sore Throat Red Spots On Tongue
Mexico 2010 World Youth Conference. Our great job! What is
World Youth Conference Mexico 2010
Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. August 2010
I have this special memory, a great team, an international group of volunteers all around the Globe united by one phrase: "Say it aloud". From the 23°-27° August we, brothers and sisters now, share a common sense and feeling about what is going on about the Millenium Development Goals from United Nations to achieve in 2015.
The main project for us was being part of a Global effort, get along with all difficulties, start sharing our experiences and work together. All of us worked very hard on each of our jobs and those roles were teachers of new perspectives about life, about peace, about genre, about young people.
When it was time to take action in our reality, there we were. When it was time to sing together, there we were. We don't have time to stop, it all was a common race.
As part of the Press and Image Coordination Team for the volunteers at the WYC 2010, my experience started in a bus, way to Mexico City. The Volunteers Coordination call me and I have a meeting with them just the next day after. So I grab all my things, and started this journey.
Days passed by, and I have the privilege of working inside the pool of dreams that constructed the WYC 2010.
Later and during the days the WYC lasted, my job was the photographic area and I am indebted with all my special team. They accomplished to be one soul, one million of eyes in plenty of moments. But the most important part was that we travel inside the world young proposals, we taste a bit of a large half century of United Nations job and we get the global shirt of "take action now".
I could write for hours about what we experienced there, it was just amazing, but we are now in October, and each of us has a plan to do, new objectives to achieve. Get involved you too and give yourself an schedule of what have you done so far.
If ever you see this text volunteer, feel free to remember what I left the last day in our office, it says:
" This is just the beginning.
I know I'll miss you, I lost my role of activities. I know that fighting for peace is surfing in a sea which destiny we only decide as members of a crew. I know I found you and a catharsis of emotions dress my with fantasy. I'm so different but so equal to you when we are smiling. Where's everybody going so fast, I just want to stay with you forever volunteer. Take hope with you, never give up, build new challenges with leadership, imagine. I know you have to go, don't worry, we're covered by the same blue energy up above everyday. Take an army of friends to your heart and never forget about me, this is just the beginning."
